After completion of Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, started his career with Coca Cola based out of Ernakulam. During his tenure in Kerala, he was awarded a Gold Medal for his excellent performance. He currently leads the HR Team for Rest of Tamil Nadu, based at Coimbatore

An athlete during his college days, captained school and college sports teams. Participated in state and university sports competitions. Was the sports secretary of
St.Aloysius College and a senate member of Mangalore University.
