Vincent took his M.B.B.S. and M.S. degree from Armed forces, Medical College, Poona and was working as Surgical Specialist with the rank of Major, in the army. Vincent has been promoted as Lt. Colonel and is now working as Surgical Specialist in the Army.He was awarded VISISHTA SEVA MEDAL by the President of India. He retired as an Air Commodore and he is at present Professor of Surgery & Medical Superintendent in a Medical College near Kochi.

He was professor of Surgery at Armed Forces Medical College, Pune. He has published a Text book on Medical Education.
