Kunjavara (Abraham) married Kunjaie, daughter of Poulose of Alappat family Kattoor. since Kunjaie had no brother he also settled at Kattoor and originated the second branch of the Panikutam family at Kattoor.
Kunjavara (Abraham) (25-11-1058), fourth son of Ittoop Kunjuvareed Panikulam of Parur, married Kunjai (25-11-1059), D/o Poulose and Rosa Alappat of Kattoor on 17 -4-1899 and they settled down in Kattoor. Thus a second branch of Panikulam family of Parur came into existence at Kattoor .
Abraham worked very hard to improve the village in all directions. It was due to his efforts that the village Panchayath and Co-operative Society were established at Kattoor. He was the president of these institutions and also manager of the local school which he brought to the level of a full fledged Lower Secondary English School. He can also be said to be the founder of modern Kattoor. In appreciation of his services the public of Kattoor put up his photo in the school and the same was unveiled by the then Diwan of Cochin Sri. Vijayaraghavachariar.
